MLC Age Groups & Teams
For the 2026 season, MLC will have some teams competing as club teams in the GHCLC (HOCO) league and some teams competing in the MYLA. The age groups for these leagues differ slightly:
The MYLA uses a Sept. 1 age cut-off.
The GHCLC uses a June 1 cut-off consistent with the (somewhat) recently announced USA Lacrosse + National Lacrosse Federation age bands which are used by the club programs).
We are conscious of both age group systems in formulating our rosters to allow us to participate in tournaments and other such events.

Player Birthday Requirement: Born on or after 6/1/2014
Other Eligibility: Must be in 5th grade or lower; for highly competitive players.

Player Birthday Requirement: Born on or after 6/1/2015
Other Eligibility: Must be in 4th grade or lower.

Player Birthday Requirement: 6/1/2016 - 8/31/2017
